My wife and I purchased a new home recently and weren't sure if the heat tape worked or not. We called Wasatch Heat Cable and scheduled a fall appointment for them to review the current system to make sure everything was operational. Friendly staff, tech was right on time, reviewed the entire system and gave us the good news that everything was in working order. After our first winter in the house we discovered we needed some additional heat tape in a few areas. Again the experience was first class. Office staff was friendly, we were updated as both the estimator and techs were on the way and the additional heat tape was installed without an issue. We would highly recommend Wasatch Heat Tape!!
