See the difference
This home pictured on the (below) had major ice dam issues until we changed their system to heated panels. It is nestled in a very cold area with great snow accumulation. The heat cable couldnāt keep up with the demand of mother nature. Be aware that the homeowner also didnāt run the cable as often as required. These pockets of melted areas still had ice building up around it and caused the giant icicles to form. They are pleased with the result and donāt have to worry about ice dams anymore.
