2-CIRCUIT GFEP THERMOSTAT CONTROLLER (240V)
(Dual GFEP Protection + Ambient Thermostat + LED Indicators)
🏭 CERTIFIED UL 508A PANEL SHOP
Industrial Quality. Built by Heatcable.com. This isn’t a generic off-the-shelf timer. As a Certified UL 508A Panel Shop, we engineer and assemble these controllers in-house to meet rigorous national safety standards. You get the same industrial-grade reliability found in commercial facilities, tailored for your home.
AUTOMATED DUAL-ZONE PROTECTION
Set It. Forget It. Save Money. Stop paying to heat the neighborhood. This controller automatically manages two separate heating circuits based on ambient temperature. When the temperature drops (typically below 38°F), the industrial thermostat powers up both zones to melt snow. When it warms up, the system shuts down to save energy.
KEY FEATURES
-
Dual Industrial GFEP Breakers: Features two independent DIN-rail mounted Ground-Fault Equipment Protectors (30mA trip). If one zone trips, the other keeps running—ensuring your roof is never fully vulnerable.
-
Ambient Air Thermostat: High-precision, field-adjustable switch that ensures the system runs only when freezing conditions exist.
-
2x External LED Indicators: High-visibility green LEDs on the door (one per circuit) let you confirm the system is active without opening the box or stepping outside.
-
NEMA 4X Enclosure: A heavy-duty, gasketed polycarbonate box that is fully weatherproof, UV-stabilized, and rust-proof.

🔥 PRO-TIP FROM ERIC WIMMER
“The LEDs are your peace of mind.” “The best part of this 2-circuit panel is the visual feedback. In the middle of a storm, you don’t want to be guessing if your heat cable is working. Just look for the two green lights. If they’re on, you’re melting snow. If one is out, you know exactly which circuit needs attention.”
⚠️ INSTALLATION WARNING
Must be installed by a Qualified Electrician. To maintain the UL 508A Certification and ensure proper GFEP safety functionality, all wiring must strictly adhere to local and national electrical codes (NEC). This panel requires an upstream UL489 branch circuit breaker.
