3M™ Scotch 27 Glass Cloth Electrical Tape is a white, woven glass cloth electrical tape designed for applications requiring high mechanical strength and elevated temperature resistance.
The Class B thermal rating makes it suitable for industrial heating systems and electrical insulation where temperatures are moderate but still demanding.
Woven glass cloth backing provides excellent tensile strength, tear resistance, and abrasion resistance.
Coated with a thermosetting rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive that does not require heat or moisture to activate.
Adhesive is specially designed and prepared to provide corrosion protection
Recommended for steel pipes, which naturally conduct heat effectively
